Ingrid Jenkins

Ingrid Jenkins is a Senior Horticulturist with the Queensland Department of Primary Industries. With a degree in Environment Science, she has been working with the Department for over 12 years in extension programs across a range of different horticultural industries. Now based at South Johnstone in Far North Queensland, she has been working in banana extension and development services for the past 9 years. Ingrid has been part of the team that has delivered the National Banana Development and Extension programs for industry and has a passion for working with farmers to help enable positive change in their farming businesses.
