Andrew Burns is the Supply Chain Engagement Manager at Australian Bananas Growers Council. His role is to develop, organise and communicate activities involving key supply chain stakeholders internal and external to build interest, excitement, and an understanding of the Banana industry; ultimately to increase the demand and consumption of fresh Australian Bananas. Andrew also provides services to the Australian Mango Industry Association.
Before joining the team at ABGC, he has worked for a number of high profile FMCG companies gaining 38 years of experience including Norco Dairy Cooperative (General manager), Arnotts, Snack Brands Australia and Frito Lay in national and state leadership positions predominantly across sales, account management, marketing roles and export.
