All reservations must be made through the link above to receive the Congress discount. When booking, you will need to provide a credit card and pay for one night’s accommodation to secure your reservation. This payment will be charged to the credit card used for the booking. The remaining balance for your full stay will be charged upon your arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies for hotel is stipulated during the booking process. RACV will provide a 100% refund if cancelled prior to 30 days before the conference dates, less the one night non-refundable deposit.
