Marc Jackson is an international tropical agriculture consultant specialisation in innovation and sustainability. Marc latest achievements was design and construction of the world’s largest pineapple packaging house capable of packing 250,000 boxes per week. That project was winner of the Costa Rican Exporters Presidents award for technology transfer and for providing employment opportunities rural communities.
Marc has worked extensively in Central America, Philippines, India and China and included waste solutions for the Belize banana industry.
Other achievements are Inventor of the Clipslip® and winner of 2012 Established Innovation Tropical Innovation Awards.
